    3. Self-treatment -- basic NVR neck stretches with anatomy lesson. (This is the first lesson in the Movement-Based NVR online course. We will be working more specifically in our Manual NVR course, but this generalized work is also very powerful!)

    4. Class 2a - artery to trapezius

    5. Class 2b - artery to scalenes and supraclavicular nerve

    6. Class 2c - suprascapular artery and nerve, brachial plexus from above, sliding down scalenes

    7. Class 2c - suprascapular artery and nerve, brachial plexus from above, sliding down scalenes

    8. Class 2d - brachial plexus from below, median and ulnar nerve, radial nerve, working with spinous processes, glide at scalenes and pec minor, dural glide

    9. Class 3a - explanation and exercise regarding "questioning" and yes/no calibration

    10. Class 3b - guided practice on working with brachial plexus and dural restrictions using questioning

    11. Class 3c - vertebral artery

    12. Class 3d - accessory nerve to trapezius and SCM, subtrapezial plexus, contraindications and cautions (aneurysms)

    13. Class 4a - contraindications and cautions

    14. Class 4b - anterior and posterior circumflex humeral artery, and lateral cutaneous branches of intercostal nerves

    15. Class 4c - sub scapular artery and long thoracic nerve

    16. Class 4d - individually guided listening practice with brachial plexus release and dural release, plus explanation of working with artery to thyroid

    17. Class 4e - alar fascia (for the neurovascular tract that includes the vagus nerve and carotid artery, and for shifting the relationship between the visceral cylinder and the motor cylinder)

    18. Class 5a - anatomy for vagus nerve to lungs and stomach

    19. Class 5b - releasing artery tension to diaphragm

    20. Class 5c - phrenic nerve to diaphragm

    21. Class 5d - vagus nerve to lungs

    22. Class 5e - vagus nerve to stomach, artery supply to esophagus, pleural adhesions and glide between lobes of lungs
